Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

We send orders from the UK to 130 countries around the world, including North America, Australia, the Middle East and China.

          UK Delivery (2-3 Working Days): Free. 

          International Delivery (2-5 Working Days): £18.  (Free over £140)

Please note that the above delivery times are for successful orders placed pre 3 pm for mainland UK.

Please note we do not deliver on UK bank holidays and your order will be delivered when holiday finishes. 

DHL and Hermes are the exclusive delivery companies we collaborate with for all shipment. If you require other delivery companies, please leave notes in checkout page or directly send an email to customercare@glauncelot.com.

 

Tracking Your Order

We will regularly keep you updated on the progress of your order by email. A tracking link will be sent to you once your order reaches the courier to let you know when your order has been dispatched. You can also track your order by clicking UK TRACKING or INTERNATIONAL TRACKING

Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 9 am and 9 pm. A signature may be required on receipt.  If the parcel cannot be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, the carrier will take it back to the local depot, and leave you a card telling you how you can pick it up. To ensure the delivery, we do recommend customers to leave their CONTACT NUMBER that the courier can contact before delivery.

 

Import taxes and duties

You may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; Guinevere Launcelot has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information. When ordering from Guinevere Launcelot, you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

 

Refused Shipments

If you choose to refuse your shipments, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
