Do we ship worldwide?

YES! Shipping is free within the UK. We ship overseas destinations at a flat rate of £18. Please read our Delivery Policy.

Orders over £140 can apply free worldwide delivery by inputting code 'theworld' when checkout. 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders placed within the UK will take 2-3 working days. Orders overseas will take 3-5 working days. You can track your order from the shipping notification email or click UK TRACKING; INTERNATIONAL TRACKING

Do you have price adjustment policy?

YES! We will honor a one-time price adjustment within 14 days of the shipment date. To receive a price adjustment, please contact our customer service by email at customercare@GLauncelot.com and refer to the order number. Shop before your size out.

Please note: Online sale price must be for the same style, color, and size as the product purchased. The price adjustment credit will be issued to your original form of payment. 

Why did my payment fail?

Please check that you’ve entered the card details and billing address correctly and check that your balance is enough to cover the cost of your purchase. You can also use PayPal or Apple Pay to arrange payment. If the situation still exists, please contact us via customercare@glauncelot.com.

The item I want isn't available online. Will it be re-stocked?

Some of our collections will be re-stocked. Subscribe us to be notified as soon as the collection back in stock.

What is your exchange rate for overseas orders?

Items are displayed in British pound sterling. All currencies for overseas orders are based on the current exchange rate.

Can I make exchange?

YES! Please read our Exchange Policy.

Can I make return if I change my mind?

YES! We accept return for unused items within 14 days (7 days for sales items). Items marked 'Final Sale' are eligible for an exchange or online credit within 7 days of receipt. The items need to be new and unused, with all labels and tags intact and in their original packaging. Please read our Return Policy.

How is the clothing manufactured?

Guinevere Launcelot takes pride in using high-quality fabric. The Silk Collections are cut and sewn from the 100% luxurious Mulberry Silk. Our design & production team will keep looking and bring the finest deluxe textiles to fashion lovers.

How is the clothing printed?

Guinevere Launcelot takes pride in using the most advanced digital printing technique to achieve a deep, vibrant and crisp reproduction of the artwork.

Do we offer express shipping?

YES! We use DHL Express for delivery. If you request for other delivery, please contact us on customercare@glauncelot.com to arrange. There may be additional charges occurred.

Do we accept Apple Pay?

YES! Payments can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, MasterCard, Maestro debit cards via Stripe, Pay Pal and Apple Pay.

How do I find out about discount codes and sales?

Guinevere Launcelot periodically runs discount codes and various sales throughout the year. Subscribe us to be notified as soon as we run any promotions online.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

You can change order within the first 2 hours. Afterwards, you cannot alter any information. If you need to change the delivery address before the order is labelled as SHIPPED, please send an email to customercare@glauncelot.com.

Why has my order been cancelled?

Your items may be out of stock. Please contact our customer services team by sending an email to customercare@glauncelot.com. We will also contact you as soon as our system acknowledges the problem.

How do I care for my product?

Guinevere Launcelot uses finest quality fabric and printing technology to produce garments. Please always follow the care label guidelines when washing your garments. We recommend dry clean only. When ironing the garments, please iron inside out with a low temperature.
