Returns Conditions

We aim to deliver high-quality items in a timely manner. If you change your mind for any reason, we accept the return of unused items subject to the following criteria:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days (7 days for sales items) of receipt.

  • Items marked 'Final Sale' are eligible for an exchange or online credit within 7 days of receipt.

  • Return items should not be worn, altered or washed and without make-up marks. All orders received with make-up marks will be returned to sender.

  • Return items should have all tags attached in their original packaging.

  • Please download and complete the Return & Exchange Form. When making returns, please send back with the Return & Exchange Form and the original Invoice.

Please note Guinevere Launcelot does not take responsibility for damage that occurs during the return process. Please ensure that the items are well protected when returned to us.

Please note items returned after 14 days may be eligible for an online credit note at the discretion of Guinevere Launcelot.

Please note, for international returns please mark clearly "British Returned goods - No commercial value" on the description of the shipment. If the indication is not clearly stated, custom duty charges may be applied where amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Returns Method

Guinevere Launcelot is unfortunately not able to cover return postage costs unless the item is assessed as faulty. Please choose your shipping at your cost.

Guinevere Launcelot is not able to accept responsibility for returns lost and damage in transit. We recommend you to post the items by registered post to ensure it reaches us in good condition as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse.

Once we receive process and accept your return, you will receive an e-mail confirming your refund. 

Please note it is advisable to obtain a proof of posting certificate and arrange the necessary compensatory cover for the items. Please choose your shipping method accordingly.
 

When will I be refunded?

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Once merchandise has been received, your refund will be processed within 7 working days. It may take a few working days for your banking institution to post this refund to your bank statement. You will be provided with email notification when your refund has been processed.

Please note the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note we are only able to refund the credit card, on which the original purchase was made. As such, if your item was a gift you may be offered an exchange or credit note.

 

Damage or Defective Goods

At Guinevere Launcelot, we are committed to selling only first-quality fashions. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please notify us by email at customercare@glauncelot.com within 30 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. We are delighted to cover the postage cost.

Please note after 30 days, we will attempt to repair or obtaining a replacement, but we are unable to refund.
